Tracking and partial delivery
An order may be fulfilled in more than one shipment. Customers can review verified shipment events and tracking details in their account when those details are available.
Launch decision required
Production destinations, dispatch cut-offs, carrier responsibilities, customs wording and lost-or-damaged parcel procedures require operations and legal approval.
