These terms apply only if an approved digital product is enabled at launch. Digital fulfilment, format, compatibility and access duration must be stated on the product page.
Returns and access
The final terms must explain when access begins, whether cancellation or refund rights change after delivery, and how technical delivery issues are resolved.
Release gate
If no reviewed digital terms and delivery process are approved, digital products must remain unpublished for production launch.
